Board Member
Peter Ruggle is the founding partner of Ruggle Partners, is a boutique law firm, experienced in advising national and international clients in all matters of corporate development, transactions (M&A), tax, contract negotiations, company restructuring and succession planning.
He has many years’ experience as an arbitrator and mediator in international commercial matters and is a member of the Zürich bar Association, the Swiss bar Association and the Swiss arbitration Association as well as a former chairman of the arbitration board and substitute Judge at the district court Meilen.
This experience and practice led him to an interest in the expeditious methods for the international resolution of commercial disputes by alternative means and to becoming a founding member of the board of GIDI.
